The Stellar Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education, resources, and sustainable development programs. Our mission is to create lasting positive change by addressing the root causes of inequality and providing pathways to opportunity. Our EIN (Employer Identification Number) is available upon request for tax verification purposes.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Donations to the Stellar Foundation are voluntary and made at the sole discretion of the donor. By making a donation, you agree to the following: Tax Deductibility: Donations to the Stellar Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive an acknowledgment for your records. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of charitable donations and our commitment to our beneficiaries, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or you have concerns, please contact us within 30 days and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Use of Funds: Unless specifically designated, donations will be used where they are needed most to support our programs and operations. We strive to honor donor intent for designated gifts, but we reserve the right to redirect funds if a designated program is fully funded or discontinued. Recurring Donations: If you set up a recurring donation, you may cancel at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation option in your donor account.

Volunteers are essential to our mission. By volunteering with the Stellar Foundation, you agree to: - Provide accurate information in your volunteer application - Comply with all Foundation policies and procedures - Represent the Foundation professionally and ethically - Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information - Report any concerns or incidents to Foundation staff Volunteer services are provided on an at-will basis. Either party may terminate the volunteer relationship at any time. The Foundation reserves the right to decline or discontinue any volunteer's services. Background Checks: Certain volunteer positions may require background checks. By applying for such positions, you consent to the background check process.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Stellar Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
