Romulus Deenah
Founder & CEO
Romulus Deenah founded Stellar Foundation to create practical, high-impact learning experiences for youth in Jamaica.
His approach is program-first: combine life skills, mentorship, and direct industry exposure in one structured summer cycle that participants can carry into adulthood.
The mission remains focused and practical: prepare youth with tools, discipline, and confidence that expand their options for work, education, and long-term development.
“When young people gain exposure, structure, and practical skills, their options multiply.”
